FFRD through its community driven spirit, tenacity,
and organized determination, stopped a development
that would have had multiple negative impacts on the surrounding residents and historic neighborhoods.

It was with our collective voice that sent FFRD, the City of Pocatello, and the developer into legal mediation. Followed by the winning of a successful defense in a legal battle between the City Creek bench residents and the developer. The developer sued the City Creek bench residents regarding changes made to the City Creek bench resident's covenants. In short, we saved City Creek!
