· City Creek Defense Fund Fundraiser is underway to pay the attorney fees for the Crest Hill Estates (Upper City Creek Bench) Homeowners Assn. The fees incurred were to defend themselves and the amended covenants. Ron Miller sued the Crest Hill Estate residents and lost, we need to help them raise funds and give assistance with the attorney fees.
